## NHS Choices — content syndication at national scale

Client: NHS Choices, UK Department of Health · Role: Syndication and Innovation Consultant (2009–2010)

Designed and deployed the NHS content APIs and syndication platform — 50M+ views delivered via partners. Built the Syndication Centre: partner destination with web-services registration, content management, and distribution of syndication products. Developed the Healthcare Dashboards proof of concept with United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust, including live A&E waiting-time widgets for web and mobile. Also shipped the Footballers' Guide to the Body, Yahoo! Mobile/TV/Flickr content partnerships, and iGoogle Gadgets.

Client: Tourism New Zealand

Produced newzealand.com, the Tourism New Zealand site that won two Webby Awards. Deployed rich media modules for Lord of the Rings, the America's Cup, and Discovery Channel.

## TrafficWatch — 250,000+ downloads

Client: Microsoft (Vista NZ launch) · Own product

New Zealand's first internet traffic gadget. 22,160 downloads in six weeks from the Yahoo! Widget Gallery; featured by TVNZ One News; hired by Microsoft to design the gadget for the Vista New Zealand launch. The Vista Sidebar gadget went on to 250,000+ downloads.
